I joined the Travel Industry in 1997, straight from school on a YTS scheme and have never looked back. I have worked in the Retail sector, as an overseas holiday representative and also in the Adventure Travel Sector.
I enjoy the fact that every enquiry is different and you never know what will be your next challenge. I also love that "every day is a school day" and I am constantly learning something new about this job everyday, whether it be a new holiday destination or a new product, or a new airline route.
I would like to visit Dubrovnik, I enjoy cities breaks and this city is on the top of my to do list. The culture, scenery and hospitality appeals.
My dream destination would be the Bahamas, the idyllic setting, beautiful beaches and a chance to swim with the pigs.
1) I always book an airport lounge, this just makes the airport a more enjoyable and relaxed experience.
2) I always have a glass of wine before take off regardless of the time of the flight
3) I always pack my IPod to listen to on the flight.
